01Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or submitting a project request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information you send us. When you send a request, the form asks you to confirm this, and we keep a record of that agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Our services

Hutgate LLC (“Hutgate”, “we”, “us”) provides software design and engineering services, including web and native applications, ERP and CRM systems, AI integration, custom large-scale platforms and cloud deployment. Information on this site describes our capabilities in general terms and is not an offer to provide any specific service.

03Project requests

Submitting a request through our form does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work, signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

• Provide accurate contact and project information.
• Do not include passwords, production credentials or regulated personal data in the brief.
• We may decline any request at our discretion.

04Verification texts

Before we accept a project request we confirm your contact details with a one-time 6-digit code, by email or, if you choose, by text message. We send a text only after you agree to receive it, and only one per request (plus any resend you ask for). We do not use your number for marketing.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05Confidentiality

We treat the details of your project request as confidential and use them only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request before detailed discussions begin.

06Intellectual property

The Hutgate name, logo, website design and content are owned by Hutgate LLC and may not be used without written permission. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is defined in that engagement’s written agreement.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting automated or fraudulent requests, or uploading malicious code.

08Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. 09Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hutgate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
